The Firm Business Brokerage used a cost-to-create methodology to determine the purchase price of the business, determining that it would take far more time and energy to reproduce the business as it currently is than to purchase it. All equipment is in great shape and the trailer has been beautifully built out, making it ready for operations!

 

The List Price for the business is set at $65,000.

Seller Financing 5-year term at a rate of 4.50% equals a monthly loan payment of $182.
